Applying at Unicorn is simple, quick and
confidential. There are three easy ways to apply - in office, online, or by
phone. Unicorn provides financing to people with a wide range of credit
histories, therefore you will be atble to know within minutes about your
application. We provide two great options to choose from. Either way, you can
finance up to $12,000.00 on a revolving line of credit with a low minimum
monthly payment due each month until the account balance is paid off.
Extended Payment Plan
With zero down, this plan allows you to make extended payments
up to 24 or 36 months making your payment lower with only minimal interest.
No Interest Option
This option allows
you to make minimal payments with zero down and zero interest for 6, 12, or 18
months to choose from.

Benefits of Unicorn
At Unicorn no down payment is required, so you can finance up
to 100% of your treatment and proceed today! There is no application
fee or prepayment penalty. Once approved, your credit line can be used
for you and your household members. More than one procedure can be

would like to take adavantage og additional savings. If you pay 1/2 your
procedure price downm you may pay out the other 1/2 of your procedure price
through Collom & Carney Clinic using a bank draft from your account for 6
months. By using this financial option your will also be able to get the
additional cash discounted price available.
